I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from East Texas A&M University, where I developed a strong foundation in business strategy and marketing insights. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Counseling at Amberton University, working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). This unique combination of business expertise and mental health training allows me to provide holistic, client-focused solutions that help mental health professionals grow their practices while staying true to their mission of care.

With a diverse and extensive background, I bring a wealth of experience in developing websites for mental health practices, creating professional video and photography content for businesses and universities, and managing operational and marketing strategies in high-pressure environments. My eclectic skill set allows me to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of my clients, helping them achieve their goals with precision and creativity.

My Mission
My mission is to empower mental health professionals to not only survive but thrive in private practice. While pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Counseling, I realized the educational system often overlooks the practical aspects of running a business, leaving many therapists unprepared for the challenges of private practice and at risk of burnout. At Helm Business & Marketing Solutions, I aim to disrupt this broken system by providing the guidance, tools, and support mental health professionals need to build sustainable practices and focus on what they do best—helping others.
